offers a program for Non US Merchants
who want to do business in the United States,
accept keyed transactions and offer products via mail order/telephone
order (MOTO) and the Internet. The rates for
Non US Merchants are 4% + $0.30 per
transaction. In addition, Non US Merchants are
initially limited to $10,000 per month in transaction
volume and are subject to a 5 day ACH funding delay.
